We have taken all possible steps to ensure your interaction with our website, is safe by making use of a https SSL Certificate.

The information you enter when connected to the website can be used with confidence, and most importantly, it gives an indication that the site is not malicious.

During your enquiry interaction with us, we do require some information from our clients that includes an email address and contact telephone number in order for us to present offers that we are currently promoting. When making an enquiry with us we also do ask for your consent should you like us to present you with any future travel products that we promote in order to keep you up to date with special offers. If you opt out, we will not include you in any future communications.
The information that we receive from you will never be shared with any 3rd party and will only be used for our products that we promote directly to you.
With our promotional offers, we also include the option for you to request removal from our list that you may have requested to be added to in the past.

When making a booking with us, we will require additional information in the form of a copy of your passport. This information is needed in order to book your travel package that may include your return airline tickets, transfers, hotel accommodation, travel insurance and/or any other services that you may need to be booked for your tour package.
We would also prefer to receive an emergency contact person’s details. This is purely requested in case of an emergency where we need to update said contact of any possible changes to your personal safety and/or changes to your pre-booked travel itinerary, where we are unable to make contact you directly.
Information that we receive, excluding your emergency contact, will only be shared by us to the relevant airline, travel insurance company, hotel and end supplier that we make use of in order to provide you with the travel product that you have booked with us.

When making payment to us for the travel product that you would like to book, we will not require you to share your personal banking details. However we will ask for a proof of payment that you had received from your bankers when making a transaction with us. This document that your bankers provides does not include your personal banking details.

If opting to make use of your credit card to make payment, we will not require you to present a copy of your credit card and or provide us with the details on the card. All transactions are conducted using the secure socket layer technology (SSL). Your credit card details are never stored by us.
Instead we will direct you to the service providers secure online platform where you will be required to complete the payment option.
The safety protocol that you have in place with your bankers interacting with the acquiring bank will be via a payment gateway in an encrypted format, again using SSL technology. A padlock symbol indicates that you are on a page(s) that have been secured using SSL technology.

On your return from your trip, we may ask you to share your personal experience of the product you made use of. Here we will again ask your permission for us to share this (excluding personal details) on our marketing material.
