Information that we receive, excluding your emergency contact, will only be shared by us to the relevant airline, travel insurance company, hotel and end supplier that we make use of in order to provide you with the travel product that you have booked with us.

When making payment to us for the travel product that you would like to book, we will not require you to share your personal banking details. However we will ask for a proof of payment that you had received from your bankers when making a transaction with us. This document that your bankers provides does not include your personal banking details.

If opting to make use of your credit card to make payment, we will not require you to present a copy of your credit card and or provide us with the details on the card. All transactions are conducted using the secure socket layer technology (SSL). Your credit card details are never stored by us.
Instead we will direct you to the service providers secure online platform where you will be required to complete the payment option.
The safety protocol that you have in place with your bankers interacting with the acquiring bank will be via a payment gateway in an encrypted format, again using SSL technology. A padlock symbol indicates that you are on a page(s) that have been secured using SSL technology.
